Refresher Programme on Artificial Intelligence at ESADE, organised by Esade Alumni, 2019.

In the Refresher Program at ESADE, I have been invited to talk about Artificial Intelligence. My goal was to slightly lower the expectations on what is or will be possible with AI. I think there are some misunderstandings about the discipline. I believe we are in a unique moment in history to make a better world. Nevertheless, we need to start a social discussion on ethics that goes beyond the technical possibilities. We are facing relevant challenges. These challenges need urgent attention if we are to use all the technological potential we are acquiring. This potential is essential to building a better place to live in. Esade Speaker Series: Data & Fintech

Today I participated to the Esade Speaker Series on Data and Fintech. These sessions are organized by Prof. Esteve Almirall to enlighten students from the Esade MIBA master.

My talk was on Banking Disruption to analyze the current situation with banking. I was focusing on the new ecosystem of Fintech companies and other factors. The session included presentations from amazing Fintech startups: David Riudor for Goin , Sara Benslaiman and Jean-Lloup Ezvan.
